Volunteer Services

The volunteer work is a constituent part of the Jewish culture and has a long history in Argentina. AMIA has been working on the development of this area since 1996. It has since incorporated volunteers who work in various projects, strengthening the creation of community social bonds through their supportive commitment.

Their committed and sustained action is especially visible in the work carried out through the Social Programs, the Employment Services, Vaad Hakehilot, and the Education, Youth and Culture areas, among others.

During the last years, the Volunteer Program expanded its services. Aside from the organization of all the volunteer work, it now offers training on management to leaders and coordinators of volunteers at different civilian societies. This allows for the creation of networks and the strengthening of the relationship with the area to its full extent.
