Elderly

Through a multidisciplinary approach, different projects inspired by the idea of “aging in community” are carried out to promote that our seniors live this stage of life with dignity and to the full. Comprehensive Service Center for the Elderly: comprehensive daytime assistance for the elderly, whether disabled or not, through an innovative model that integrates social and health services.

Our elderly take part in recreational, cultural, educational and therapeutic activities on a daily basis. Both the activities and the meals (breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack) are completely free of charge for the beneficiaries.

Home Caregivers for the Elderly: This program includes education and training sessions for caregivers, as well as a labor placement service to cover the needs of the families requiring caregivers. At the same time this provides a job opportunity for those who attend the training sessions.

Training and Education in Gerontology:Several courses, seminars and conferences aimed at technicians and professionals of the area are organized.

Network Coordination: Of all the centers for the Elderly around the community, both in the City of Buenos Aires and in the provinces.
