Employment Services

AMIA¹s Employment Services were born as a job listing service in 1974. Its objective was to favor the opportunity of finding employment for those who came to AMIA seeking aid, thus prioritizing their chance of finding their own independent means of sustenance. 

Almost 30 years later, towards the end of 2001 and in order to reduce the negative impact of the economic cris is in Argentina, AMIA signed an agreement with the IADB (Inter American Development Bank) which turned AMIA¹s Employment Services into a Network of Employment Agencies, broadening its services for enterprises and jobs seekers. 

Due to its nationwide coverage, with offices in Buenos Aires City, Pilar, Mar del Plata, Mendoza, Tucumán, Southern Buenos Aires, La Plata, Morón, Rosario, Córdoba and Salta, its model of operating style, customer service offered both to enterprises and to candidates, and the efficiency in its labor placement, AMIA¹s Employment Service is currently the most important and most widely recognized Network of, Employment Agencies in Argentina. 

It has over 500 thousand candidates in its database and 8 thousand companies which have already used it´s services.

The services for candidates are free of charge and open to the whole society, with no prior access requirements.
