Education

AMIA believes that Jewish education is the key to the development of a positive identification that will guarantee continuity.

Through the Vaad Hajinuj Hakehilati (Central Council of Jewish Education of Argentina), it strengthens the community development by means of a diverse and pluralist education, committed to the local Jewish life. This education integrates all of its institutional expressions under the prophetic principles of social justice, with an active participation in the Argentinean society. 

It plays a key role in the education, training and improvement of human resources within all levels of the educational system, it develops and supervises curricula and study plans, edits and publishes pedagogical content and it represents the institutions within the network before the different educational frameworks, both local and national. Projects and programs are developed together with the Jewish Agency for Israel. 

The students are the key target of these projects, which focus on training and improving the skills of our education specialists and on the development of relevant educational material.
